Good Morning,
Oh my goodness I am over the hot sticky weather already and we haven't hit summer yet.
On the plus side out of it is I am trialling my tweeked Deodorant recipe  out and so far am very happy with it.  so eventually should have that as a product ready for sale.

I have almost finished shrink wrapping the cured soaps.  Today I did the Goat Milk Shapes.
I love these little fellows and so do the kids so if you want some for stocking stuffers then this will bring the smiles to your child's face or you can get a scrubby with an animal shape as well as a GM soap as well.  My  Plain Goat's Milk  soaps are made from 100% Goats Milk no added water.  they have no added color or flavor so are safe for even the most sensitive skin.

I will be out in the Soap Room stacking up the market trays today as we will be going to
Mulgowie Farmers Market tomorrow.  Love going out there as it is surround by farms and the hills in the distance.  It is a lovely peaceful little spot and the funds raised from the markets go towards the upkeep of the hall and grounds.  You can even camp next to the hall if you want to getaway for a weekend and have a caravan.   Haven't done that yet but one of these days will do it just to soak up the ambience of the place.  If you are in the area come out to Mulgowie just drive through the main street of Laidley until you come to the T section and turn right then follow this until you come to the pub (all good directions have a pub in them)  Turn right just past the pub go over the bridge and a lovely gentleman will tell you where to park.  Simples eh!

Good Morning,

It has been a beautiful morning here this motning.  Nice and cool earlier then the sun came up and it is very pleasant with a nice breeze blowing.  I went out earlier and raked up all the leaves ready to pick them up this afternoon when it cools down again.   I love being out in the early mornings before it gets to hot.

I always use a moisturiser before I go outside just to protect my skin.  I use an all over body lotion while the weather is hot and steamy as I find the Body Butters are to heavy for my skin.
Have you tried my moisturiser yet,  I love Vanilla flavor or sometimes Lavender but there are lots of other flavors so if you have a favourite just ask and If I have it I can make it up for you.   Lemon Myrtle seems to be popular and also Black Magic as well.

Since I have been working in the garden and even though I do wear gloves most of the time I have been really trying to look after my hands as well.  I use my hand lotion before putting on my gloves then I go and play in the dirt or whatever then when I come inside and wash my hands with
some of my yummy soap as it is so gentle and lathers so well I use more hand creme and then do my cuticles with the cuticle creme as well.  My hands have never felt this good.

I just washed Berny this morning using the dog soap I make and can honestly say that since he came into our lives in July he has not had a flea on him.  I use Neem oil in the soap and it not only keeps the nasties off him but makes his coat just shine.  Berny is a tricolour mainly black and I love the way he looks after his bath.  I must add that I end up almost as wet as him as he is such a wriggler when I try to dry him and keeps shaking water all over me.

Good  Morning,

It is a much better morning here this morning as it has cooled down and not so oppressive.
I feel like I can breathe again.  How did you go in the heat.  I have a birdbath out in the garden
near the may bushes and the birds really loved having it there.  I felt sorry for the poor Frogmouth
up in the tree with their babies as being a night bird they just had to sit it out.  Luckily there nest
of sticks is in under a dead limb and there are other leafy trees around the one they are in so they did have a bit of shade for most of the day.

I have a dehumidifier in the soap room and over the 2 days of very hot weather it has extracted
around 15 litres of water out of the air.  Amazing isn't it and my garden will love it as I am getting very short of tank water.

Have you done your Christmas shopping yet if not and you want some lovely small gifts for stocking stuffers then check out my website or my facebook page as soap and body products make a wonderful gift or if you want something larger then I can make up a gift basket/bag with products of your choice or I can select for you to a price.

To contact me you can use the contact page on the website or pm to my inbox on facebook.

Good Morning,

Sorry for not posting over the last few days but have been busy with a few problems.

On the good side I did a market at one of the local schools in the shire on Saturday.  I am at one end of the shire and the school is near the other end .  It is only a small school with 46 pupils but the turnout on the day was fantastic.  We had a lovely day so good on the committee for setting it up and having a well run market even down to the entertainment as I enjoyed all those old time songs.  Oh yes and I won a prize in the raffle this time I got a lovely toaster...WooHoo!

I had my stitches out on Friday and my face is healing up beautifullu but unfortunately I have to go back and have more cut out as the biopsy showed that there was still some of the nasty still there.
Oh well next time I will know what to expect and I can't see what the doc is doing as my face is covered up.

I have spent the last 3 days trying to make a particular product for a client.   Not having any luck due to the oil that is wanted and this dreadful heat.  It was 44 degrees yesterday on my back patio and so still.  There was storms everywhere but we had 6 or maybe 7 drops last night around 9pm and that was all.   Today is just as bad only we have hot winds blowing so will probably get hotter.
It isn't even summer yet but guess this is getting us prepared.
Don't forget to put out water dishes for the wildlife as well as any pets that maybe outside.

In the soap room I decided to change the colour of Black Raspberry and Vanilla Luxury Soap
so will be adding these pics to the website and to Facebook some time today.  Tell me what you think.  It is still the same rich luxury lathers as haven't changed the recipe

Good Morning,

I have not done much in the soap room in the last few days as have had a very nasty skin thing removed from my face just under the eye.    I have 3 little stitches and am bathing daily with salty water to hopefully have it heal better.  There is a great line of bruising and looks like someone gave a good hit.  Hopefully I will feel better on Friday when the stitches come out as I am just feeling a bit sore and sorry at the moment.

Anyway enough of that and i will tell you what I have done in regards to the soap room.
The labels are all on the lip balm so there will be plenty of flavours next time you see me at a market.  I have some soaps ready to be trimmed in the next few days then shrink wrapped and they are on the shelves ready.  I also have to make some Coconut rough as I have a couple of customers who say it helps with their skin cancers.  I have passed this onto to a few other customers and they are going to try it out as well.  I don't have any skin cancers so cannot verify one way or the other so hopefully one of the other s who are using will be able to tell me.

OMG I saw the countdown clock on facebook for how many days until Christmas - just over 60 so have you been doing your shopping yet.   I don't usually do much as I give money to everyone so much easier when you are not close by and don't know the latest fads.  Actually shopping is not one of my favourite things to do and I would rather avoid it if I can.

If you want any gift packs or baskets made up just let me know how much and when you need it by
and any preferences then I can put it together and if you are in the local areas Ipswich, Toogoolawah,  Gatton,  or Toowoomba I can deliver on an agreed day.

I will be making baby products next week as have some lovely baskets for Baby Gift Packs just need to get some non product type items to put in as well so keep your eyes out for these as there will be limited numbers in these special baskets.

Good Morning,
Not sure if I am doing any Markets this weekend as I have an appointment to have a thingy seen to on my face.  It popped up just under my eye about 6 weeks ago and has been growing ever since.
Not sure what it is but need it off as my eye swells each night.

I spent yesterday making lip balms to fill up my new display.  Now all I have to do is label them
and work out how to fit it on my tables at the Markets.  I love the new flavours that I have like Toasted Marshmallow and Juicy Peach as well as Raspberry and Pomegranate.  Reminds me of Summer.

Did you know there is only just over 60 days until Christmas and also not quite that long to End of School year.  My products make great Stocking Stuffers and Teacher Gifts so check out the Facebook Page or the Website and see what you can find all done from the comfort of your armchair.   Gift Packs and Baskets also available and free delivery in the Ipswich, Toogoolawah,
Gatton, Toowoomba and surrounds.  We just have to work out a day convenient for both of us.

NEW FLAVOURS

Good Morning,

Look what just came in the mail.  I am excited as it allows me to be more organised and makes it easier for you the customer to find which one you want.  Actually I think I should have ordered 2
as I have more than one will hold.

Also forgot to tell you the new flavours are available such as Juicy Peach, Pomegranate, Black Magic and also Toasted Marshmallow as well as all the old favourites, Vanilla, Caramel, Lolly Musk, Bubble gum, Orange Choc Truffle and others as well.

So if you want to try the new flavours or just want your old favourite they are all there.  Even Plain ones with no flavour for those who may have sensitivities.  There is no colour in any of my Lip Balms.   Check the out on the website or come along and see me at the markets.

I was a busy girl yesterday making all my cleaning items that I use in the house.  I don't use any chemicals in my home so make a wonderful spray that cleans the tiles and bathrooms.
I also made my toothpaste and a different batch of deodorant that I am testing as was not fully happy with the previous one I thought it was to dry  but it did work so here is hoping that the tweeks I have done to the recipe are as good.  Oh yes and I made my Laundry liquid using the soap trimmings.  I do use an oxywash with this as have found that helps keep the clothes white and bright.   Don't use fabric softener though just white vinegar.

Something New

Good Morning,  I am trying something new today just to see if I can do it.
I never use my website and am ashamed to say it is horribly out of date.

So turning a new leaf I have decided to bring it upto date and use it more often.
In fact I am writing this on my site www.wundanook creations.cm.  A lot of the products
will be up dated over the next few  weeks to try and get this in sync with my page on facebook.
So hope you will bear with me as I wend my way through all the new changes from my site provider as I go.

I will also be in the soap room today as I now have the ingredients to make and put up my new HAIR DETANGLER .  A great new product that takes the ouch out of brushing hair.

I have started back into the Markets and hope to see familiar faces for a lovely chat when you come to visit so don't forget to check out the Facebook page to see where I will be.  May not be at any this weekend as am hopefully having a thingy removed from my face just under the eye on Saturday hopefully as have an appointment to see the doctor then.  god I hope she removes it as it is driving me crazy with the itching and soreness.

We had some lovely rain last night only 7 mls but the garden loves it and as I have just finished planting up the veg garden it was most welcome.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

Blessings
