Good Morning,

I have to tell you I had a little accident yesterday when I was bathing Bernie.
I had forgotten to get the ACV rinse ready so turned my back to get it when Bernie jumped out of his bath and tookoff into the soap room.  I had picked him up and was coming back to finish his bath when I slipped on the wet tiles and fell heavily on my right knee.  Poor Bernie went flying and come to a stop up the linen cupboard.  He took off through the house soaking wet but I couldn't move as the pain was excruciating and I was not game to straighten my leg.   After a few minutes and when the pain had reduced a bit I managed to get myself up on my feet by grabbing the door handles.

I left Ivan to mop up the mess and I grabbed Bernie's towels to get him dried but he was already using my lounge chair and cushions to rub the water off and he seemed ok.  I was worried he would suffer from a concussion.
The pain in my leg was just horrendous so I went to my medicine cupboard and got some of my Pain Massage Balm and slathered that all around my leg from knee to toe as couldn't tell what part hurt more.  I then wrapped my knee in a bandage to support it.  Couldn't put much pressure on my leg so I sat in the lounge with my leg on the uplifted foot rest most of the day rubbing
more Pain Balm whenever it started to get to much to take eve3n applying it when I woke through the night.

This morning I woke up and all though my leg is still sore there is no bruising
and it is not throbbing.  I have no bruising that I can see anywhere unless it comes out later so am thankful for that as well.  I have always used this balm on my neck and shoulder as I get Bursitis and have arthritis in my neck and just about everywhere else and have found it helps to ease that achy throb of pain you get with these conditions.  I was not expecting it to be as helpful in an accute pain situation but cannot tell you how pleased I am that it did work as the pain was just awful.
Happy to report Bernie had no ill effects and he is his normal self this morning.

Sorry for my long ramble about me but I just wanted to tell you how awesome thes balm was and how it help me.
