Good Morning, We are having a heat wave here or rather a High Humidity wave at least. I am so glad I went for solar panels as it allows me to run the Air conditioner and it is already paid for being used. I think this is the hottest I have felt it up here since moving up from Melbourne over 12 years ago.
Not a lot going on in the Soap Room this week as it gets far to hot in there to work although I do want to make some more Goats Milk shapes as I have a couple of new shapes I found the other day so looks like I will be getting up early and getting it done before the sun comes up one morning. Last week I posted out the testers for some new products that I have been working on and I shrink wrapped three logs of soaps as well as refilled the lip balm holder ready for the markets. So gradually getting things ready for returning to the markets when it cools down a bit more.
One of the soap logs that I wrapped was my first go at using home grown produce in soap. I have pics in the camera so just need to get them loaded up and put onto facebook and the website. I will be doing that this week sometime so keep your eye out as I am sure you will like this one. Unfortunately it will be a limited run as the heat has just about finished off my vegetable garden for the next couple of months at least.
