I have been very busy in the Soap Room this week and have completed about half of the labelling and wrapping of all the soaps that are ready including some new ones as well as labelling shopping bags and putting a business card in them ready for Markets next weekend.
Just as well as this week I am out every day catching up on appointments and visiting my Wholesaler which I look on as a day out as we always stop somewhere nice for morning tea and lunch along the way. I love trying out new cafes and places to visit.
In between running around I have to get a gift basket ready for a raffle prize to a very worthy outback cause. It is the State Conference for Parents of Isolated Outback children. I would have liked to do more for the group but unfortunately time is a big factor and as you all know it takes 6-8 weeks for soaps to cure and their weekend get together is in less than a month. Never mind they will have a lovely basket of my goodies to try and win and I hope it raises lots of money for them.
As I said I am doing lots of things outside the home this week but that doesn't stop my brain thinking about new products. I do have a couple in mind and one being tested at the moment soon to be released but if there is anything that you want that is not in my product list then please don't hesitate to contact me and I will endeavour to research and try making a test batch to see how it goes. I love making new things and although they don't always turn out to be a seller it is fun trying. some products I only make on request but they are listed on my brochure and website. I do this so that they are fresh for you the user as they are not huge sellers but I still like to be able to provide them to the people that like them. Bath salts and Bath milk are some that come to mind so if you use these products then please don't hesitate to ask for them as it does not take a long time to have them ready for posting or delivering.
Well back to the labelling and wrapping for me.
Have a great day everyone and be kind to each other.
Blessings.
P.S.
Thought you might like to see some birds and animals that we photographed on our trip instead of my usual frog one. These are the dancing Brolgas
