Good Morning,
I hope everyone had an enjoyable Easter and if you travelled that you arrived safely.
Wow!  I cannot believe that it has been so long since I posted a ramble on here.  I have been meaning to sit down and do it for weeks but unfortunately always found something else to do.  I cannot blame going to Markets as I don't do them in January or February but I can say that I have been very busy with some large orders and then restocking my Market boxes after the Christmas rush.  All soaps are now labelled and shrink wrapped except for 40 that I will do today.

I also spent a week getting gift packs ready for a Wedding Expo that was on in March and now with Mother's Day coming in a month shall do some more and put them up on the website as individual items for sale.  These will be available at anytime for any occasion as they are generic Gift Packs of my products.  So if you need a Gift Box or a smaller Organza Bag have a browse and place an order.  I will try to get them up in the next couple of days.

Nothing else is happening in the Soap Shed except for me cleaning and tidying it up as it was a bit of a mess after 3 months of working in there.   I always keep my workbench scrubbed and clean as well as the floor but when you are flat out things get misplaced or put in the wrong place and all the shelves have to be tidied and cleaned so all done now which makes me feel a lot better.

My garden is my other passion and it has been neglected except for watering and a hap hazard pulling of weeds if they stick their heads up to high.  My friend Colleen's granddaughter comes over once a week for a couple of hours each week and together we are getting it back under control.  3 beds were  weeded last week and I have fed and mulched since.  We also had to tie and trim back the dahlias as they have gone mental since I planted them in the ground.  I have never had so many lovely flowers off them but they were planted in pots before .  This week we will be pruning shrubs and attacking the tangle of long grass that grows along the next door neighbours fence and keeps sneaking under the fence into my garden bed.  I have their permission to go into their place and prune or pull out the damn stuff.

Not sure if I told you about my getting a senior rescue dog just before Christmas.  It seems so long ago doesn't it.  Anyway I now have a lovely little pure bred Papillon who is the exact opposite of my Mac.  Megz is a lovely quiet 11 year old doggy who has spent her life in a small square pen as she was a show dog and not allowed out to run around.  She is very timid and is terrified of the car but settles down once she realises she has a bed and a blanket of her own.  Mac is teaching her his bad ways in that she will go to the fence with Mac and bark until Les the next door neighbour comes and pats them on the head.  She has learned a lot since I got her and has settled in really well.
I don't think she has ever been nursed as I couldn't pick her up at all and brushing her was a real fight but I now place her on a table and use the hair dryer and I can brush her for hours as that is what she is used to when being shown.  She will sit on my lap for her pattings and cuddles now.  It is so cute when I pick her up as she lifts one paw and places it on my wrist to allow me to put my hand under her belly.  Her and Mac sleep together in the portacot in my room at night and I don't here them until 5am when they need to go outside.  It is just like having a baby in the house.

Well that is enough rambling from me.  Stay well and be kind to each other.
Blessings
Robbi
