Good Morning,
Well winter has finally arrived here as we have had a couple of frosts as well as the westerly winds.
I tend to use much more lip balm this time of the year and have just used my lip scrub to remove all the little dry bits of skin one tends to get from licking lips to much,  Have you tried it as I find using the scrub keeps my lips lovely and soft and the balm then maintains that softness.  It makes lips more kissable as well.

We  have just got the all clear so that we can go on our winter caravan trip as Ivan does not have anymore hospital or doctor appointments until early September after today so I have to now sit down and work out where we go after we leave Mackay as we always head for there first to visit son and family.  Not sure where we will go as haven'y really planned anything yet.

While waiting for all of Ivan's appointments to come around I have been very busy in the Soap Room trying to get my stock built up for the shop and a couple of other places I supply as well having enough on hand when I come back for Markets and festivals coming up in Spring.   Hope what I have done is enough as I am running out of storage room both in the Soap Room and the spare bedroom where I have all the lotions and potions stored.

I have all of the ingredients I need now to try a new product so stay tuned over the next couple of weeks as I am hoping to get it done before we leave
for our trip.  If you like baths you will love this product and let's face it winter is the only time to have a long soak in a luxury bath.

Now for the gardening section - My garden is coming along nicely as the boys have been coming every week and working in it.   I have replanted the iris down the drive and am in the process of putting some cuphea down the middle with alyssum along the drive.  I am a bad judge of distance so did not buy enough plants so back to Bunnings today to get some more and also some more of the reddish wood chips to put around the bed as mulch.
I have been lucky enough to get my hands on some aged horse poo so the boys have spread two huge trailer loads along the side garden and then covered it with sugar cane mulch so now there is only the top garden to do
when I come back and can go get more horse poo.  It is wonderful to have help and watch my garden start to get back into shape as I could see it in my head how I wanted it to look but just never found the time to get out there and do it and now my back and shoulder won't allow me to so hooray for getting the boys into to do it for me as I hate untidy messy gardens.

Well that is enough rambling for today so stay warm everyone and take care where ever and what ever you are doing.

Blessings
